Panipat (Haryana), Sept. 27 (ANI): Claiming that the per capita income of Haryana is the highest in the country, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said here on Saturday that such prosperity in the state is due to the nine-and-a-half-years of development work carried out by his government.
