New Delhi, Oct.11 (ANI): Asserting that each ceasefire violation committed by Pakistan would be retaliated in a forceful manner by India, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday said Islamabad must understand the fact that the government has changed in New Delhi.
