Bhaderwah (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov. 19 (ANI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday said fuel prices kept rising under the previous UPA regime, whereas under the incumbent BJP-led NDA, they have fallen consistently.
