New Delhi, Nov. 22 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party said here on Saturday that the way Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited U.S. President Obama for the 26th January celebration is a diplomatic breakthrough as far the Indo- U.S. ties are concerned.
