Gulshan Devaiah to star in Soni Razdan’s ‘Love Affair’

The budding actor Gulshan Devaiah is best remembered for his villainous role in Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela‘. And now, Gulshan has bagged his next role. Going by the report, Gulshan Devaiah will be portraying the character loosely inspired by KV Nanavati, the naval commander in Soni Razdan‘s directorial ‘Love Affair’.

The film has its roots dipped in the notorious Nanavati murder case of 1959. We earlier reported about Arjun Rampal playing a key role in this film. The flick is the production venture of Pooja Bhatt and Bhushan Kumar. Gulshan shares a great rapport with Pooja and he is also working in her another film titled ‘Cabaret’. Gulshan’s intense brooding persona made him grab this role, as he is suitable to play the naval commander, revealed the producer Bhatt.

The makers also stated the film will be a love triangle that spins around husband, wife and wife’s lover. They also added that they are scouting for a large ensemble cast for this flick and are on the verge of finalising the actors.

Leh, June 30 (IANS) It hosted the maiden Asia screening of “Ugly”, showed “Transformers: Age Of Extinction” and even welcomed heavyweights from Indian filmdom. While on her way to the airport, Vidya stopped at the Coloroso Saree Store, as she got in the mood of saree shopping. The actress got mesmerized by the Benarasi and Chanderi saree collection in the store and shared it with everyone present at the place. She even noted it in the guestbook. Coloroso Saree Store owners, Joydeep Roy and Tanuka Sarkar were overwhelmed to see Vidya visiting their store and were delighted when she zeroed in on the mustard yellow coloured tussar Benarasi saree.

Vidya spend around 40 minutes in the store and liked the collection of sarees. Moreover, she even promised to visit the place once again soon. When the actress came to know from the store owners that a portion of the sale goes to the underprivileged children, she got even more impressed and was happy to visit the shop.
