Penelope Cruz and hubby Bardem criticize Israeli ‘genocide’ in open letter

Washington, July 30 (ANI): Penelope Cruz and her husband Javier Bardem have criticized Israel’s incursion into Gaza and have described their military action as “genocide”. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 40-year-old Spanish actress, her husband and Pedro Almodovar demanded a cease-fire by the Israeli military, and recommended that they “lift the blockade, which the Gaza Strip has suffered for more than a decade”. In the open letter referenced by Europa Press and other Spanish media, they have called on the European Union to “condemn the bombing by land, sea and air against the Palestinian civilian population in the Gaza Strip”.

They started their steps to evacuate all the Indians who are willing to come back to India.” “According to information, tomorrow the first batch of people will start from Tripoli to Tunisia. Indian nurses are coming through Tunisia. We requested Sushma Swaraj to arrange a special flight and send it to Tunisia to bring back the nurses,” he added.

CPI leader D. Raja alleges Government under RSS’ guidance on GM crops issue

New Delhi, July 30 (ANI): Communist Party of India (CPI) leader, D. Raja today alleged that BJP-led NDA government was working under the influence of the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS), and urged the government to consult all stakeholders, before coming to a decision in respect to genetically modified (GM) crops. “Definitely the government is increasingly coming under the guidance of RSS and the outfits controlled by RSS. Having said that, different political parties and different farmers’ organizations have taken a stand, where there is a strong resistance to genetically modified (GM) crops.

We earlier reported about the vibrant first look poster of upcoming film ‘Tamanchey‘ and now, the movie has unveiled its second poster. ‘Tamanchey‘ stars Nikhil Dwivedi and Richa Chadda in the lead roles.

Like the first one, the second poster also oozes colours and presents the lead characters in striking poses with guns in their hands. The stars are wearing funky outfits and Nikhil is standing, while Richa seems all set for an action. The movie talks about two outlaws, who have their own causes to be on a run. Though initially they doubt each other, eventually the duo falls in love. The second poster too depicts the tagline “Pyar Mein Dil Pe Maar De Goli”, which hints at the film to be a quirky entertainer.

Tamanchey‘ will open on September 19.

The steamy track “Tere Ho Ke Rahenge” visualizes Emraan sharing cozy moments with Humaima at the backdrop of vibrant scenic beauty of a rain-kissed atmosphere. The cinematography is blissfully shot under the storms of rain, where the lead pair looks fully drenched in love.

The melodious track is sung by Arijit Singh and penned by lyricist Irshad Kamil. The conman tale ‘Raja Natwarlal‘ hits the theatres on August 29.

The heartthrob of Pakistan is making his Bollwyood debut with “Khoobsurat” opposite Sonam Kapoor.

“The amount of experience that India has in filmmaking, for me it is an education to understand how systems work because we are re-propping our industry and it would be a valuable contribution,” said the actor, who featured in internationally acclaimed Pakistani movie “Khuda Kay Liye“.
