Mukul Harish to enter Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta

Ankita Lokhande, the protagonist of Balaji Telefilms’ Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV will now have a new man opposite her in the long-running show.

The track, we hear will shift to Banaras with Ankita (Ankita Lokhande) deciding to move away from the life of her husband Naren (Karan Mehra). As the viewers of the show would know, Naren in now happily settled with Pari (Ruhi Bagga).

Well, now to the man entering Ankita’s life – We have exclusive information about Mukul Harish playing the new lead. Mukul was last seen playing the lead role in Zee TV’s Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein.

People protest against Bihar Govt. for its reluctance to pay pension to widows

Patna, July 14 (ANI): People in Bihar on Monday launched a protest against the state government for not providing widows their due under a social security scheme. The Laxmibai Social Security Widow Pension Scheme, introduced in 2007, is aimed at the welfare of widows in Bihar. Under the scheme, widows living under the poverty line are provided with an amount of Rs.300 per month. The protesters said that the state government had promised an amount of rupees 11 lakh in September last year but the amount is yet to be distributed among the aggrieved parties.

Nepal’s Cricket team captain Paras Khadka bats for Earth Anthem

Kathmandu, July 14 (ANI): Nepal’s National Cricket Team captain Paras Khadka has shown his support for an Earth Anthem written by poet-diplomat Abhay K. “It’s an Earth Anthem, so I think hopefully it will create all the positive vibes, all of us and world need better environmental level, so we hope that with everybody’s contribution the world will be a better place to live in,” said Khadka. He further added, “First of all congratulations to Abhay K, I would like to wish him the very best. It (Earth Anthem) gives a lot of positive message and hopefully it will continue to do better. My wishes are always with him.” Paras Khadka has played for the Nepal national cricket team since 2004.
