Goa is all about beaches, bikinis, partying and feasting on delicious Goan delicacies. But the stars were banned to have Goan food on the sets, during the filming of ‘Finding Fanny‘. Now to know what made the makers ban this Goan treat, read ahead.

As per the sources, Deepika Padukone traced the culinary expert and used to personally order the Goan food for the entire cast and crew of the film. After dinning over those authentic dishes, people on sets used to feel sleepy and this was delaying their work schedule. Therefore, producer Dinesh Vijan ordered the ban while filming and strictly stated that over-eating indulgence should be kept after wrapping the day’s work or else they won’t be able to wrap the shooting schedule within 36 days.

But this didn’t stop mischievous actress Deepika, as she continued to treat the ‘Finding Fanny‘ team after the shoots!

Though Amitabh Bachchan hails from the state of Uttar Pradesh, he rightly mentions Maharashtra as his “Karma Bhumi” (working place). And here is up to do some valuable work for his “Karma Bhumi” by being the brand ambassador of Maharashtra Horticulture Department, for which he yesterday shot an ad campaign.

Tech-savvy star Amitabh Bachchan updated his status on Facebook wall by quoting “Aur highway se seedha shooting pe gaya .. Horticulture Ministry ke liye unke Campaign shoot .. Maharashtra, phal utpaadan mein desh mein number 1 hai .. !!” It is said that Big B wrapped the entire shoot with an utter professionalism, without charging a penny for it.

By this publicized the Maharashtra Horticulture ad campaign even before its launch.
