Actress Katie Holmes will reprise her role as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, better known as Jackie Kennedy, in the follow-up mini-series of “The Kennedys.”

Reelz is re-teaming with the producers of “The Kennedys“, Muse Entertainment Enterprises, for the series which is based on the book of the same name by J. Randy Taraborrelli.

Jackie Kennedy was the wife of the 35th US president, John F. Kennedy.

“The Kennedys: After Camelot” will begin production next year for a 2016 premiere, reports hollywoodreporter.com.

Zing’s popular show Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya (Lost Boy Productions) will see another cute love story, having Meerut and Mumbai as backdrops.

Sehrish Ali (Diya Aur Baati Hum fame) will be play a small town girl who will aspire to become an actress. She will move to Mumbai from Meerut but as a married girl. Her dream city will turn out to be a sad experience as she will try hard to get adjusted to the city life.

Samrat (Mohit Malik), the protagonist of Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki (Spellbound Productions) is presently going all out to please his son Shaurya (Mitansh Gera), so that he chooses to stay with his father and goes against his mother Urmi (Neha Marda).

Well, the efforts of Samrat in getting to his motive will continue this week too. And in an interesting sequence, he will be seen wooing Shaurya’s teacher at school by gifting her flowers.

Actor Prakash Raj, who is currently busy shooting for Mani Ratnam’s yet-untitled Tamil film, says he’s really enjoying working with the young breed of actors in the film.

Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon are playing the lead in the film, which has cinematography by P.C Sreeram.

“Dulquer and Nithya Menon wow! Love working with these young breed of actors. With Mani Ratnam and PC calling the shots life is richer! Cheers (sic),” Prakash Raj tweeted Monday.

The film, which is said to be a romantic story, will be shot against the backdrops of Chennai and Mumbai.
