Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar quit mafia in ‘Welcome Back’

In the year 2007, Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar entertained the audience being Majnu Bhai and Uday Shetty, respectively in the film ‘Welcome‘. And now they are back to recreate the same fun-filled magic with the sequel ‘Welcome Back‘, but there’s a twist in their character.

These bad men will turn white collared quitting their prior illegal businesses and mafia connections. ‘Welcome Back‘ will feature Anil and Nana as an honest citizens of India. They will just switching their job profile, while their inner character trait remains to be the same.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, ‘Welcome Back‘ also stars the fresh pair John Abraham and Shruti Haasan.

Bollywood does free promotion for MAMI 2014

This year Mumbai Film Festival has got an unconditional support from Bollywood. As, first of all the film industry raised funds to back the prestigious film fest and now they are back to support it by shooting free of cost promotional video campaign for the upcoming Mumbai Film Festival 2014.

Creative advisor Shakun Batra managed to get the young stars Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra, Huma Qureshi and Imran Khan on the board, along with the prominent filmmakers Imtiaz Ali and Rajkumar Hirani. The promo features these B-Town dwellers emphasizing the need to keep MAMI alive in the city and share stories about why the annual cinema celebration means so much to them.

The initiative grounded by Anupama Chopra, will be directed by the National award winning directors Satyanshu and Devyanshu Singh.

MAMI 2014 will begin in Mumbai from October 14 onwards.
