HONG KONG (AP) — Hong Kong’s leader tried to soothe tensions with student-led democracy protesters Thursday by reviving an offer of talks, though public anger over a video of police kicking a handcuffed activist complicates efforts to end an increasingly bitter political standoff. Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said the government is ready to start a dialogue with protest leaders as soon as next week.
Star Plus to strengthen weekend band; to launch four new shows by January 2015
Star Plus will bring in the New Year 2015 with a brand new programming strategy for its weekend band. And the trend that has been set on TV of late is for makers to work on crisp and interesting finite stories, of about 26 episodes.
The news coming in is that Star is presently in talks with four production houses to give them a show each, which will go on air by January 2015.

Her neighbor comes to her rescue, to hide the body and cover-up the crime using his swift mathematician mind. However, the investigation is handed over to a strong-headed detective, who takes up the challenge to uncover the mystery. A twist occurs when the detective brings equally intelligent doctor to solve the case, who was once a batch mate of this mathematician.
So far, Saif has been officially signed for this suspense-thriller and the further casting is in the process.
