WELLINGTON (Reuters) – Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom, one of the world’s most wanted cyber fugitives, says his nearly three-year fight against extradition to the United States to face online piracy charges has left him broke. Dotcom, the New Zealand resident who once flaunted a fleet of vintage cars, a fully staffed rented mansion and globe-trotting holidays, said that his wealth had evaporated due to mounting legal fees which had resulted in the departure of most of his legal team. …

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza get blessed with a baby boy!

Bollywood’s cutest couple- Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza has now entered into the B-Town’s parent club, giving birth to a baby boy on Tuesday, November 25.

Proud papa of the latest entrant of Deshmukh family took Twitter to announce the news by writing, “It’s a BBBOOOOYYYYYY!!!!!!!!”

Riteish and Genelia fell in love on the sets of their debut film ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam‘ and have been dating each other, since 2003. In February 2012, they tied knot in Hindu Maharashtrian and Christian style wedding.

Their Bollywood friends congratulated the couple, tweeting:

Emraan Hashmi signed ‘Ungli’ for Sanjay Dutt

Serial kisser Emraan Hashmi gave his nod to vigilante drama ‘Ungli‘, as he didn’t wanted to miss the opportunity of sharing screen space with his favourite star Sanjay Dutt.

Since his younger days, Emraan has been Sanjay’s admirer and used to sneak into the private screening along with his friends at Mumbai’s Ajanta Arts to watch his films. This was his experience being a fan, but when he got to know him in real on the sets of ‘Ungli‘ he became his ultimate follower. He was astonished when he saw that the senior actor never rehearsed his dialogues and gave impromptu takes, which turned out fascinatingly superb on screen.

Australia working on new drift modelling for MH370 wreckage

PERTH (Reuters) – Australia is working on new drift modelling to expand the geographical area in which wreckage from missing Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 may come ashore, the Australian search coordinator said on Wednesday. Initial analysis had suggested that the first debris from the plane could come ashore on Indonesia’s Western Sumatra after about 123 days. “We are currently working … to see if we can get an updated drift model for a much wider area where there might be possibilities of debris washing ashore,” search coordinator Peter Foley told reporters in Perth. …

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Existential black comedy “Birdman” led the Independent Spirit Awards nominees on Tuesday, as thriller “Nightcrawler,” coming-of-age chronicle “Boyhood” and civil rights drama “Selma” followed with five nods each. “Birdman,” which follows the journey of a washed-up actor as he embarks on a theater comeback, scored a Best Actor nod for Michael Keaton, Best Supporting Actor and Actress for Edward Norton and Emma Stone and Best Director for Alejandro G. ‘Wizard of Oz’ Cowardly Lion suit, Casablanca piano go for millions

NEW YORK (Reuters) – The Cowardly Lion costume worn in the film “The Wizard of Oz,” including the sculpted likeness of actor Bert Lahr’s face, was auctioned for nearly $3.1 million. Hollywood memorabilia sold by Bonham’s auction house on Monday night also included a piano featured in the 1942 classic “Casablanca,” which fetched more than $3.4 million, Bonham’s spokeswoman Vyoma Venkataraman said on Tuesday. The winning bid for the lion costume – worn by Lahr in the 1939 film – was $3,077,000, Venkataraman said. “It was created from real lion hide,” she said. …
