The Independence Day release ‘Singham Returns‘ starring Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor is basking in the glory of success, as it has smashed the box office records and emerged as the highest grosser of the year 2014 till now. Released across 4000 screens, the action-buffet is taking the box office by storm with huge figures at the ticket window.

‘Singham Returns‘ is riding high in the regions like Mumbai, Gujarat, central India, UP, Bihar and is doing well in Mysore and West Bengal. The film has collected 32.09 crore nett on its opening day and raked in 21.05 crore nett on second day. The Sunday collections of the film were 24.50 crore nett, while on Monday, it was slightly low as 14.78 crore nett. Tuesday recorded the collection of 08.21 crore nett. The action-drama maintained its position high in the race by collecting 07.30 crore nett. In this way, ‘Singham Returns‘ became the member of the coveted 100 crore club in just 5 days of its release.

‘Singham Returns‘, the masterstroke by the director Rohit Shetty, harvested 107.98 crore nett as its total domestic collection till now and the film recorded the total overseas collection of the film as of now up to 17.90 crore nett. Hence, ‘Singham Returns‘ boasts of the total worldwide collection of 125.98 crore till date.

No need to say that the first poster of Aamir Khan‘s forthcoming film ‘PK‘ created much buzz in town and invited mixed comments from the masses over Aamir’s nude look covering just frontal portion with a transistor. As we earlier reported, Aamir Khan along with the makers of the film has also released the second poster of ‘PK‘ in which Aamir is donning the attire of a Rajasthani man and is holding trumpet in hands.

Going by the report, Aamir Khan and the makers of the film will release total 8 posters of ‘PK‘ every few weeks. No wonder, the interesting posters will raise the curiosity of the viewers about the flick. ‘PK‘ will open on December 19.

This poster made a lot of intrigue among the masses over the look of Aamir in it. Freshly, the second poster of ‘PK‘ is unveiled and Aamir appears in full clothes in this unlike the first one.

The second poster of ‘PK‘ shows Aamir wearing a traditional Rajasthani outfit and is holding a trumpet in his hands with the words “Bhairosingh Band” written on trumpet. Aamir Khan took Twitter to say something about this new poster. The actor tweeted in Bhojpuri language as “Ei dekha, humaar dusra postarwa… ei ma tiraanjister bhi nahi hai…;) Ka samjhey?”

After the first poster of ‘PK‘ gave rise to several jokes online, hope the second poster will delight the audience. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film ‘PK‘ also stars Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sanjay Dutt and others. The movie releases on December 19.

After turning producer for the 2011 release ‘Chalo Dilli‘, the actress Lara Dutta is all set to arrive with her next ‘Chalo China‘. ‘Chalo Dilli‘ was praised by the viewers and featured Lara Dutta and Vinay Pathak in the lead role. The next ‘Chalo China‘ will revolve around the journey of the two lead characters towards their end goal.

‘Chalo China‘ was slated to hit the screens in April, however its release has been postponed. The shooting of this film has been done in diverse locations like Malaysia, China and Thailand. The reason for postponing the film is the restrictions post the Malaysian aircraft mishap. The filmmakers will be doing a recce of the shooting locations prior the actual shoot of the flick. ‘Chalo China‘ is now expected to hit the floors by January 2015, as per the report.

Produced under Bheegi Basanti Entertainment, Big Daddy Productions and Eros International banner, the film ‘Chalo China‘ will be helmed by Shashank Ghosh.

Serial kisser of Bollywood, Emraan Hashmi has a great fan-base outside India and the actor has appeared in an international project ‘Tigers’. This project is helmed by Oscar winning Bosnian director Danis Tanovic, who has also directed ‘No Man’s Land’. Going by the report, ‘Tigers’ will premiere at the esteemed Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in the next month.

‘Tigers’ has been classified into the Contemporary World Cinema section of the event and is the co-production between India, Britain and France, reportedly. This project by Tanovic narrates a tale of a young salesman, who gets distressed post discovering the effects of infant formula. Emraan is reportedly essaying the character called Ayan in this flick. The other stars featuring in this flick include Supriya Pathak, Adil Hussain, Satyadeep Misra, Geetanjali Thapa, Khalid Abdalla, Vinod Nagpal, Danny Huston, Sam Reid, Heino Ferch and Maryam D’Abo.

The forthcoming film ‘Shamitabh‘ has a great resemblance to the name of the megastar Amitabh Bachchan for the known reasons to its makers. The film features Amitabh Bachchan, the south superstar Dhanush and it’s the debut film of Akshara Haasan, the younger sister of Shruti Haasan.

Going by the oven fresh news update, the film ‘Shamitabh‘ has unveiled the look of Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush. Big B recently posted some images of his look from the film on his Facebook handle. For his solo image, the actor also posted, “I may not have words today … but I have my visual .. visuals are immortal .. hopefully !!” And for his image with Dhanush, Amitabh wrote, “And more visuals … its ‘Shamitabh‘ my new film with the highly successful and talented Dhanush .. from the Southern Film Industry .. son in law of Rajnikant ..”

The total domestic collection of ‘Singham Returns‘ can be summed up to 100.68 crore nett, as per the report. The further news update revealed that the movie raked in 17.90 crore nett as its total overseas collection till now. ‘Singham Returns‘ has successfully crossed the mark of 100 crore in just 5 days by collecting 118.58 crore nett as its total worldwide collection.

The craze of ‘Singham Returns‘ is fuelling up amongst the audience, as some of the ardent fans have even put garlands on the posters of the film in some parts of the country!

The forthcoming quirky road journey ‘Finding Fanny‘ is proving its uniqueness in every possible way. The movie is a story of six characters, which go on hunting for Stefanie Fernandes, but they end up finding some particular things they were actually searching in their lives and seek solace. Ranveer Singh is essaying the role of deceased husband called Gabo of his rumored real life girlfriend Deepika Padukone, who will be playing Angie in the film. ‘Finding Fanny‘ has unleashed a new picture of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, where both the actors head for their Christian wedding ceremonial function.

Ranveer has donned the attire of groom and is looking handsome in it, whereas the stunning Deepika is stealing the show with her white bridal gown. By having a look at the picture, one can guess that they have geared up for their nuptials in the church. However, before the ceremony happens, Ranveer dies in the film as he chokes while breathing.
