Washington, August 31 (ANI): Al Pacino has opened up about depression and has claimed that it’s ominous and is in everyone. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 74-year-old American actor admitted that he is depressed sometimes, as certain things make him sad, but he doesn’t know about it, and added that depression is ominous and everyone can relate to it. ‘The Godfather’ actor added that people get into depression and its “terrifying”, and even confessed that he has come close to it a few times, but feels lucky and spared that it wasn’t so “deep”. He further added that he took up the role in ‘The Humbling’ as he is familiar with depression and found similarities with the character.

London, August 31 (ANI): Idris Elba has revealed that he isn’t into chasing fame and has no celebrity friends. The ‘Long Walk to Freedom’ star said that he won’t be putting down roots in Hollywood as he doesn’t want his family to grow up there, the Mirror reported. The 41-year-old British actor also revealed that he is an ordinary guy and has no celebrity friends either.

Washington, Aug 31 (ANI): John McTiernan has announced his plan of directing a movie titled ‘Warbirds’ starring John Travolta in the lead role. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the ‘Die Hard’ director, who is fighting a contentious bankruptcy dispute over a 3,254-acre ranch in Wyoming, revealed that plans while testifying in court about what he has been doing for the last one year and what he intends to do next. McTiernan added that in a bid to rebuild his career, he plans to begin shooting for his film for which offers have been sent to Queen Latifah and Johnny Knoxville, this autumn.

Washington, Aug 31 (ANI): Jesse Eisenberg recently described his character ‘Lex luthor’ in the upcoming movie ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice costumes’ as a “complicated and challenging person”. The ‘Social Network’ star said that it was an interesting role and as he got to knew one of the writers really well, Chris Terrio, they were able to discuss things at length and figure out who this person was, so as to create a real psychology behind what was, perhaps, in a comic book, a less than totally modern psychology, the Hollywood Reporter reported.

Washington, Aug 31 (ANI): ‘Fifty Shades’ actress Dakota Johnson’s grandmother has said that neither she and nor actress’ father Don Johnson are ready to see Dakota in the ‘raunchy’ film as they are “upset” with her first big role. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Dakota’s father earlier told Good Morning Britain that he was completely sure that Dakota will take a piece of material and a character, which a lot of people might imagine it could be inappropriate in some ways, and turn it into something fabulous. Dakota’s grandmother Tippi Hedren asserted that she understood that Don was very upset about Dakota being in the film.
