Actor Robert De Niro has confirmed that he will play the role of a father in the much anticipated film Joy.

The 71-year-old, who was hosting a special screening of a HBO documentary in Rome Monday, said that he is been roped in by the producers to play a father in the film, reports hollywoodreporter.com.

“Yeah, I am going to do something with them. I am going to play a father,” he said.

‘Go Goa Gone’ sequel to have aliens?

Post the success of Go Goa Gone, there were talks about a sequel with aliens as the backdrop.

A source close to the development said: “Yes, the team is working on the script of Go Goa Gone sequel and it will certainly get bad (gory) this time.”

“If things go well after experimenting with zombies, the sequel is said to have aliens in it. It will be a film that was never seen before on the celluloid,” the source added.
