Busy with the shooting of Piku in Kolkata, filmmaker Shoojit Sircar says Bollywood screen icon Amitabh Bachchan, who stars in the film, behaves like a child on the movie’s sets and is open to ideas of substance.

The Madras Café filmmaker was all excited talking about the time he is getting to spend with the 73-year-old megastar during the film’s current schedule in Kolkata.

“He is a kid on the sets. He converses with us in Bengali. If you present him with an idea, something of substance and importance, he will believe in it,” Sircar told reporters.

Actress Priyanka Bhole, who played sister to Sangeeta Ghosh in Kehta Hai Dil…Jee Le Zara, will soon enter Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Productions).

The talented actress had just wrapped up shoot for Life OK’s Tumhari Paakhi when she got called to join the Colors show.
