New Delhi, Nov. 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that developing close relations with India’s neighbours is a key priority of his government, ahead of his planned visit to Kathmandu this afternoon to attend the 18th South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation, (SAARC) Summit.
