Washington, Nov 17 (AN): The director of upcoming two-part film ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ has revealed that they chose to rewrite rather than use CGI or stand-ins to help complete Philip Seymour Hoffman’s role as Plutarch in the films.
