New Delhi, Oct. 28 (ANI): Solicitor General Ranjit Kumar and Additional Solicitor General P S Narsimha on Tuesday informed the Supreme Court that President Pranab Mukherjee has given his consent to invite the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to form a government in Delhi.
