From turning gulab jamun into soufflé, rasgulla into cake with cherries, ghiya barfi into macarons and shahi tukda into cannoli — celebrity chef Vikas Khanna will add his signature touch to local and traditional Indian desserts and sweets as part of the fourth season of Twist of Taste.
The season, titled Twist of Taste – The Sweet Life, will go on air on FOX Life from 13 October.
