Visakhapatnam District Congress Committee from time to time between 1925 and
1930; was Member, Working Committee, Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee;
Chairman, Praja Party, Andhra, since 1954 (with few breaks); Member, Madras
Legislative Assembly, 1937
