New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): Speaking about High Court judge Mr. Manjunath’s appointment as Chief Justice of the Punjab High Court, BJP leader Subramaniam Swamy said, “If the collegium resends the name and recommends same person for the post then government will have no choice but to accept the Supreme Court’s decision.” He said. “Supreme Court collegium was formed 20 years back and some of the senior advocates are also urging us to rethink about the collegium.” “According to the present law whatever Supreme Court instructs must be carried out by the government,” Swamy added. Salman Khan to celebrate ‘Kick’ success with a Grand Eid Bash tonight!

Tarantino geared up to direct 'The Hateful Eight'

Celebrated actor-filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has decided to go ahead with “The Hateful Eight” despite the fact that its early draft of the screenplay was leaked.

The “Pulp Fiction” director filed a $1 million copyright infringement lawsuit against editors at Gawker.com, accusing them of facilitating the leak after publishing a report about the script drama, but he withdrew the legal papers in May, this year, reports contactmusic.com.

Chinese Film Company set to make ‘Avatar-like’ blockbuster

Washington, July 29 (ANI): A Chinese Film Company has announced that they will make an epic 3D movie titled ‘Bainiaoyi’, meant to compete with James Cameron’s film ‘Avatar’. According to Xinhua News Agency, the movie would be based on the folklore of the Zhuang ethnic minority, a culture designated with national heritage importance by the Chinese Ministry of Culture, the Hollywood Reporter reported. The film would be produced by Beijing Chinese Century Media Company, and the team would include special effects directors from ‘Avatar’ and ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ as well as a scriptwriter from ‘Terminator 2’ and ‘How to Train Your Dragon’, all of which have been big hits in China. Zhao Song, general manager of Beijing Chinese Century Media Company, said that the goal of their team was to make Bainiaoyi an epic romantic fantasy movie that could rival Avatar.
