3 eggs per loaf of bread (1 egg for every 2 slices of bread)
Oil, or butter/margarine
Cinnamon (season to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (vanilla essence, optional)
Bread (as many slices as you want)
Powdered sugar, syrup, jam, etc.
Milk (depending on number of eggs, 2 tablespoons per egg)

5 Easy Steps

1. Set the stove or electric pan to high heat. Place the pan over the burner if cooking over the stove.oil or butter so that the bread will not stick to the pan.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl.Add milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and beat them with a fork or whisk.Turn the heat down to medium-low, once the pan is heated sufficiently.
3. Dip the bread into the egg mixture.Coat a slice of the bread with the mixture on both sides.
4. Place each slice onto the pan.Cook the toast until golden on both sides.
5.Put the toast on a plate. Then serve with syrup.
