Kaithal (Haryana), Aug.19 (ANI): An extemely annoyed Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said Tuesday that he would not attend any event in the future in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be a part, as he felt that Tuesday’s government-sponsored foundation stone-laying event of the 166-kilometer-long Kaithal-Rajasthan border highway had been converted into a political rally by the latter for the benefit of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The Rs 1,393-crore road project starts from Kaithal and ends at Haryana/Rajasthan Border, and will be completed in 30 months.
