Well, the buzz is Shruti Haasan will sing a song that will be pictured on Sonakshi Sinha in her upcoming film ‘Tevar‘.

Multi-talented Shruti is also the lead singer of a music band. And music composers Sajid Wajid are quite impressed with her voice; therefore they have assigned her to sing a romantic track for Sonakshi.

Starring rugged star Arjun Kapoor, ‘Tevar‘ is currently undergoing the filming process for its slated release on December 5.

Just when number of people doubted her acting skills and talked about her smartness, Alia Bhatt proved herself victorious over those speculations. There’s a lot of mystery surrounding Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush starrrer film ‘Shamitabh‘, but recently the makers revealed the release date of the film which happens to be on 6th February 2015.

Makers of ‘Shamitabh‘ have fulfilled in their goal of raising the curiosity amongst the audience, as still they have not disclosed anything about the film nor about Big B’s character. Where few days back Big B’s first look from the film went viral which took instinct to the peak, still the makers choose to keep their lips tight making us think more and more about ‘Shamitabh‘ which coincidently rhymes the lead actor’s name Amitabh.

This mystic project is also special because Kamal Haasan and Sarika‘s younger daughter Akshara Haasan will be seen making her debut through ‘Shamitabh‘.

Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Entertainment‘ will face a serious competition from Ajay Devgn‘s ‘Singham Returns‘ in the Independence week. As, the distributers have booked all the single screens across the country from August 15 onwards. There cunning move might make ‘Entertainment‘ run just for a week on single screens.

There’s a history behind this faceoff, Reliance Entertainment distributed Akshay’s last film ‘Holiday – A Soldier Is Never Off Duty‘ and ‘Singham Returns‘ in a package deal to ensure a wider release and better business for both the films. This is when Ajay’s ‘Action Jackson‘ got affected, as it had to push its release date to avoid the clash with ‘Holiday – A Soldier Is Never Off Duty‘ on June 6. Therefore, this time trivia has paid off as ‘Singham Returns‘ gets a wider release with a long shelf life as compared to ‘Entertainment‘.

But the fortune might take a turn if audience gets in favour of ‘Entertainment‘, which will make the single screen owners to keep the film running inspite of the prior ‘Singham Returns‘ booking.

These days actors are very hard working. They don’t need body-doubles to perform the action sequences; they do it all on themselves. And when it comes to work with Action star Akshay Kumar one needs to get well rehearse to match up his standard. Therefore, the two films old actor Siddharth Malhotra is taking extra efforts to team up with Khiladi Kumar in the Hollywood remake of ‘Warrior’.

Apart from his regular gym workout, Siddharth is also learning the mixed martial arts and watching films of ‘Rocky’ series and other films based on battling sports to understand the mental framework of professional fighters.

Few days back Kareena Kapoor disclosed the news of her actor-husband Saif Ali Khan planning to make a biopic film on his late father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. And today, the latest report reveals that Saif is looking out for a scriptwriter to write the biopic on his father’s journey from being a Nawab to the captain of an Indian cricket team.

As per the sources, it is Saif’s dream project to pay a tribute to his late father MAK Pataudi. For which he wants to hire the best team, but at present his priority is to find an efficient writer to pen his father’s biography. Once the script is ready, the filming process will take off.

Currently Saif is in Canada, accomplishing his work commitments.

Excited to know more about Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone? Well, fresh news has popped up from the sets of their next film ‘Tamasha‘ revealing their character. Ranbir will be seen playing a nomadic character, while his leading lady Deepika will come across as a die-heart fan of a French comic.

Taking a deep look into their characters, Ranbir plays a free-spirited man who doesn’t have a permanent home but wanders from place to place along with his troupe to entertain people. While, Deepika has set herself on an adventure trip to Corisco, following the trail of her favourite comic character Asterix.

As the title ‘Tamasha’ suggests, the film will feature Ranbir and Deepika dabbling in dance and staging skits to entertain the locals. The film is based on the Shakespearean monologue- “All the world’s a stage and all the men and women are merely players.”

Filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane has lend his support to Phantom Productions upcoming film ‘Katiyabaaz‘, which is based on the electricity theft and introduces to the various facets of people’s life while dealing with this problem daily.

Through ‘Katiyabaaz‘ directors Deepti Kakkar and Fahad Mustafa are taking the audience to the thin lanes of Kanpur, which has the open web of electricity wires above their head. The film efficiently addresses the issue of India loosing crores of Rupees every year due to an electricity theft. Making the viewers ask the question exactly whose at fault the Indian government or the common man.

After getting critically acclaimed with number of awards at the prestigious film festivals, ‘Katiyabaaz‘ is ready for the electrifying screening to be hosted by Vikramaditya Motwane for the Mumbai’s electricity suppliers- Anil Ambani and his wife Tina Ambani. Also, he would like show the film to the electricity board officials across India.

‘Katiyabaaz‘ will disclose “Kanpur ki Bijli ka Raaz” with its release date on 22nd August 2014.

At first, the film’s trailer garnered 1 million views on YouTube within 13 hours of its release on July 22 and then within next 5 hours it doubled the ratio hitting the record of collecting 2 million views within 18.5 hours. And today the explosive ‘Bang Bang!‘ trailer has crossed the milestone of 10 million views!

The teaser starts with Hrithik Roshan taking a leap from one building to the other. At the next moment you will see cars crashing each other and then the sizzling chemistry of Hrithik and Katrina Kaif takes the 1minute 4 seconds trailer forward. So far ‘Bang Bang!‘ trailer has registered 10,628,745 views on the YouTube and the count is increasing at the pulse of every minute.

When the trailer crossed 1 million mark, Hrithik thanked everyone with a tweet “1 million views in 13 hrs. You guys helped us break a new RECORD! Wind beneath our wings. More POWER to serve u better!” We wonder what he has to say now with this latest progression.
