Nagpur, Oct. 7 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday promised that if brought to power in the upcoming elections in Maharashtra, the Bharatiya Janata Party would provide the people of the state with essential skills, adding that the Congress party had only scammed the state.
