New Delhi, Sep. 4 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said that the Congress does not want to accept that the country is moving towards better administration and development. Naqvi was reacting to the statement made by Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Japan. “Rahul Gandhi should understand that the Congress should get happy after seeing the positive message the Prime Minister has given on his foreign trips.
