Srinagar, July 29 (ANI): The festival of eid is being celebrated across the country today, with prayers being offered at various historical mosques like the Jama Masjid in the national capital. BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi wished the nation on the occasion of eid. He said, “I hope this Eid brings peace and happiness for everyone in the nation.” Lucknow Eidgah Imam Maulana Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahali had yesterday confirmed that the Eid-ul-fitr moon had been sighted on Monday evening. “The moon has been sighted and according to that Eid-ul-fitr will be celebrated tomorrow,” said Mahali.
