After years, eternal beauty Rekha marked her comeback with ‘Super Nani‘. But was her return to the silver screen received well or not, let’s check out.
With majority of the screens still occupied by last week’s release ‘Happy New Year‘, film ‘Super Nani‘ took its plight releasing in over 1300 screen all over India. But having the tough competition in form of ‘Roar‘ and dozens of Hollywood releases, its occupancy remained limited to 10-15% in the theatres. Therefore, the first day box-office collection of ‘Super Nani‘ accounts to Rupees 1.5 Cr.
Based on a Gujarati play, ‘Super Nani‘ is running in the theatres purely on the star-power of the prominent actors Rekha, Randhir Kapoor and Sharman Joshi.
