New Delhi, July 31 (ANI): Janata Dal (United) leader Ali Anwar on Thursday said that an alliance between his party , the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Congress in Bihar was the need of the hour politically, as all three parties have similar socialist ideologies. The three major political parties in Bihar – JD-U, RJD and the Congress have formally sealed an alliance to contest the upcoming Assembly by-elections in the state.
