Kolkata, Oct. 31 (ANI): Former Supreme Court judge, Justice (retired) A.K. Ganguly, on Friday alleged that the rule in West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee-led state was ‘worse’ than the emergency imposed under former prime minister Indira Gandhi.
