Meerut, August 6 (ANI): The Superintendent of Police (SP), Rural Area, M M Baig said on Wednesday that a thorough investigation is going on in the Meerut gang rape case. Baig told ANI, “The FIR was filled on August 3 in which four persons were named. Out of four, three were arrested on the same day itself and sent to jail.” “We started the investigation process thoroughly in which a few fresh names came to light. “The investigation process is on and we are probing the case from all the angles.
