Kathmandu, (Nepal), Nov. 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met the top political leaders of Nepal, including delegations of different parties of the federal democratic republic, placing emphasis on the creation of a constitution that ‘everybody can own’.
