New Delhi, Aug. 20 (ANI): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi today clamoured for changing the mindset of people and the empowerment of women. Celebrating former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s 70th birth anniversary here at the Talkatora Stadium, Rahul Gandhi said, “In India people worship goddesses, address women as mother/sister, but the same people molest you in buses, and suppress your voices. Change happens with a change in mindset.” Gandhi added, “We need to change people’s perspective towards women in India. Several functions are being held across the country to remember the former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s 70th birth anniversary.
