Patna, July 30 (ANI): The three major political parties in Bihar – Janata Dal United (JD-U), Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Congress have formally sealed an alliance to contest the upcoming Assembly by-elections in the state. Announcing the formal alliance between the three parties for the August 21 by-polls, chief of the Bihar unit of the Janata Dal-United (JD-U) party, Vashisht Narayan Singh said, “The three parties (JDU-RJD-Congress) will fight by-polls together, and will campaign together too.
