New Delhi, Sept.3 (ANI): Describing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Japan visit as unsuccessful, Congress leader Manish Tewari on Wednesday said it was a visit with a lot of sound and fury, and no substance. “If you step back and look at the Prime Minister’s visit to Japan where he may have played the drum beautifully, but except for that, there is nothing that came out of the visit. There was a lot of sound and fury and no substance,” Tewari told ANI here. “Prime Minister’s visit to Japan should really be measured on the touch stone of whether there was any substantive progress on the question of getting access to nuclear technology.
