South 24 Parganas (West Bengal), Aug. 28 (ANI): In what has come as an embarrassment for West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Trinamool Congress (TMC) MLA Deepak Haldar has stirred a controversy with his unwarranted comments on rape incidents. TMC MP Tapas Pal had earlier created a controversy over a similar nature that had led to nationwide furore.
