BJP National Council meeting to start shortly in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug. 9 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) first National Council meet after forming the government at the Centre is scheduled to start at 10.30 am in the capital today. The meet is being held to discuss party organization issues. Senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi told ANI, “The National Council is definitely very important. They are joining this meeting with the belief that the party and government will overcome all the challenges ahead of it.” Naqvi also informed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah will address the meet.

The ‘Iron Man’ star’s eldest child has been charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, TMZ.com reported. The 49-year-old actor has been previously battled drug addiction himself and was arrested numerous times in the 1990s on drug-related charges.
