Jammu, Sept. 6 (ANI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will form the government in Delhi only if it is invited by the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung, adding that his party does not believe in horse-trading. The BJP is the single largest party in Delhi, if we get an invitation then we will think about it. The BJP doesn’t believe in horse-trading,” he said. According to reports, Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung had sent a recommendation to the President to invite the BJP, which has the highest numbers in the Delhi Assembly, to form the government in the national capital.

Shimla/Dharamsala, Sep 6 (IANS) Former Himachal Pradesh chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and his two sons, including Lok Sabha member Anurag Thakur, were Saturday summoned by a trial court in Dharamsala for alleged wrongdoing in allotment of land to the state’s cricket association. Eighteen people were formally charged April 25 with alleged wrongdoing in allotment of land to Anurag Thakur-administered Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) for constructing a plush residential complex for players near its stadium in Dharamsala. Official sources said Sanan and Sharma were posted in the revenue department and youth services and sports department, respectively, when the land was allotted to HPCA. The state government April 2 got sanction to initiate proceedings against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Dhumal for allotment of land to HPCA led by his son, who is also the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) joint secretary, during his regime as chief minister (2008-12).

Poles apart actors Shahid Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui will come up together in a crime-thriller-drama based film ‘Farzi’, which will be directed by duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K.

The filming process is said to be started by the end of this year, as Shahid and Nawaazdudin are busy till then with their prior commitments. Though the makers have confirmed the news to cast them, they are yet to find an appropriate actress to play the leading lady of the film.

‘Farzi’ will be shot in various locations throughout India, after director-duo finishes off with Saif Ali Khan and Ileana D’cruz starrer film ‘Happy Ending‘.

Well, we just hope this ‘Farzi’ project gets “happy starting” soon!
