The on-going India-Pakistan turmoil must take inpiration from ‘Kill Dil‘ team, for whom nationality is not a bar. The tunderous trailer and chirpy songs make us believe the existense of friendship amongst the cast and crew in the real life too.

It is said that post pack-up ‘Kill Dil‘ team used to sit and chat around the bonfire every night, where Ali Zafar used to sing the unplugged versions of old classic songs and rest of the cast used to join him. These sessions used to go on till wee hours of the morning. The entire filming process went so well that the team ended up having the blissful memories of it and Shaad gifted a guitar to Ali Zafar.

Kill Dil‘ will mark its release this year on November 14.

Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar bonds over Chess and Chai

Amitabh Bachchan finds a new friend in Farhan Akhtar on the sets of Bejoy Nambiar‘s film ‘Do‘.

Cherishing their friendship, Big B recently posted a still picture from ‘Do‘, where he and Farhan are seen bonding with eachother over chess and cup of chai (tea). Thus, giving the glimpse of their real life bond.

Big B plays the character role of a chess wizard who loses his legs in a car accident, whereas Farhan will potray a police officer’s role adorning the moustache with bulky look.

Pooja Bhatt returns back to screen with ‘Mr. Chaalu’

Actor turned director Pooja Bhatt went behind the cameras after giving her last screen appearance in film ‘Everybody Says I’m Fine!‘ After 13 long years, she is ready to return back to the silver screen palying a no-nonsense detective in Reema Kagti‘s film ‘Mr. Chaalu‘.

As per the sources, Reema wrote the script keeping Tabu in mind to play the detective’s role. But, producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani found Pooja to be more appealing to play the Desi Sherlock Holmes. Therefore, Ritesh messaged ‘Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin‘ actress asking “Are you still acting?”, to which she shot back texting: “Once an actor, always an actor.” And this is how Pooja’s comeback got on steady wheels.

Mr. Chaalu‘ stars Saif Ali Khan in a Casanova’s character, while Kangana Ranaut plays his love interest and Richa Chadda appears another woman in their passoinate relationship. The film will go on the floor in early 2015.

Shah Rukh Khan’s youngest son Abram to do cameo in ‘Happy New Year’

There’s nothing new when we hear star-kids debuting in the film industry, but here comes Shah Rukh Khan‘s youngest son Abram Khan to make the headline by marking his debut with a cameo role in his father’s upcoming film ‘Happy New Year‘.

As per the sources, Gauri Khan was about make an appearance in ‘Happy New Year‘, but SRK and Farah Khan insisted to get Abram along with her.

Earlier, Gauri gave her shimmery screen presence in ‘Om Shanti Om‘ during the end credits. Also, her elder son Aryan has appeared in one of the SRK’s film when he was two-and-a-half years old.

With Abram’s cameo, SRK’s fans have got one more reason to go for ‘Happy New Year‘.

Akshay Kumar pulls a plane with his own hands

47 year-old actor Akshay Kumar recently surprised everyone on the sets of his upcoming film ‘The Shaukeens‘ by performing an act which is almost impossible for a youngster to do. Reportedly, he pulled off a plane with his own hands!

The story behind this is, ‘The Shaukeens‘ team headed to Cape Town to shoot “Meherbani” song of the film, when director Abhishek Sharma found the plane still parked in the hangar which was required as a prop. It would have consumed lot of time, fuel and light to start the engine. So, Akshay pulled the plane out with his own hands and shocked everyone on the sets. The astonishing scene has been captured and will be used in the film.

The Shaukeens‘ stars Akshay in a cameo role making the evergreen actors- Anupam Kher, Annu Kapoor and Piyush Mishra play the lead.

‘Road To Safety’ campaign aims to spread an awareness amongst the citizens, especially in youngsters to be more responsible behind the wheels and avoid drunken driving. It also intends to make India’s road safer and reduce the number of preventable accidents.

In the recent media interaction, Karisma voiced the issue saying so many lives are lost every year in India due to a casual approach and lack of knowledge about road safety. Initiatives like this will go a long way in educating people about road safety measures and in turn will help save lives.

‘Road To Safety’ will be a year-long process jointly backed by government, NGOs and educational institutes to initiate a shift in people’s approach towards road safety in India.

Just when the mystery was not enough, the posters took the curiosity to peak. But not any more, as finally, number of questions will get the answered on October 24 with the release of ‘PK‘ trailer.

Incidentally, ‘Happy New Year‘ will mark its release on the same day. Therefore, there were speculations that Aamir might attach his ‘PK‘ trailer to this grand Diwali release. However, ‘Lagaan‘ star has cleared all the rumours saying that the trailer will be launched at a separate media event.
