For actors film promotion is the most hectic process of all, but comedian Kapil Sharma makes the experience delighted one when the stars visit his show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ to promote their film. All they have to do is just sit and laugh while Kapil’s crazy family and quirky neighbours perform their antic acts.

Recently, Shah Rukh Khan visited ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ sets along with this starry team to promote his upcoming release ‘Happy New Year‘. This episode was indeed the special one as SRK himself addressed it as “Funniest Episode Ever”, while sharing his excitement on his Facebook page by writing “Have always enjoyed CNWKapil…but tonight what the Happy New Year team & CNWK Team has shot has to be the funniest ever. Thanks.”

Directed by Farah Khan, ‘Happy New Year‘ will hit the theatres this Diwali on November 24.

Year’s back, Neha Dhupia herself walked the ramp and won “Miss India” title and now she is up to host a similar kind of platform, which will give the sensuous Kingfisher calendar it’s next supermodel.

November 8 onwards, Neha will be seen hosting “Kingfisher Supermodel 2” on channel NDTV Good Times. The 13 episode series will feature Neha anchoring as well as mentoring 10 supermodels through various challenges. The viewers will get to watch the molding of supermodel into the Kingfisher calendar girl.

Last year the show was renamed to “Kingfisher Supermodel”, earlier it was popular with the name of “Hunt of Kingfisher Calendar Girl”. The glamorous hunt holds the reputation of tracing the gems like supermodels Angela Johnson, Ketholena Kense, Nathalia Kaur and Himarsha Venkatswamy.

But now, she has finally grabbed a whole quirky role in film ‘Happy Ending‘.

‘Happy Ending‘ casts Kalki playing a Saif Ali Khan‘s ex-girlfiend. The situation is such that Saif thinks they have broken off, while Kalki doesn’t acknowledge the fact and continues to believe they are in relationship.

Saif play’s a womaniser, juggling with number of ladies including his real-life wife Kareena Kapoor, playing one of his ex-girlfriend in ‘Happy Ending‘.

Latest release ‘Bang Bang!‘ has crashed 2012’s film ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan‘ record by crossing the mark of 250 Cr. With this action-thriller ‘Bang Bang!‘ ranks 10th in the worldwide highest grossing Bollywood films list.

Earlier, ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan‘ helmed the position with the gross income of 241 Cr and now ‘Bang Bang!‘ has banged its record with collecting 193.5 Cr on the domestic front, while the overseas market fetched it 57.25 Cr. Thus, the overall worldwide box-office collection of ‘Bang Bang!‘ is 250.75 Cr till date.

Trade analyst predicts the brighter figures for ‘Bang Bang!‘, as this week there’s no such big release.

United Nations Agency announced Aamir Khan as UNICEF’s goodwill ambassador of South Asia in the press conference held in Kathmandu, Nepal on Thursday.

Aamir visited Nepal for a three days trip, where he attended UNICEF’s programme at Pakadi village in Kapilvastu to promote nutrition plan for children on Tuesday. Next day, he paid his visit to Lumbini, birth place of Lord Buddha. And on Thursday, the Regional Director for South Asia Karin Hulshof announced him the goodwill ambassador of UNICEF for South Asian region, keeping his socialist personality in consideration.

UNICEF aims to eradicate malnutrition from the children and promote their overall well being.

During his visit, Aamir also met Nepal’s Prime Minister Sushil Koirala at his residence in Baluwatar to discuss about malnutrition.

Indian adaptation of Charles Dicken’s novel Great Expectation, film ‘Fitoor‘ was all geared up to go on the floor in Kashmir from November onwards. But, the recent floods have damaged this valley state to such an extend that the makers have no other choice then shifting the shooting venue to Mumbai, as later the leading star-cast won’t have spare dates.

As per the sources, director Abhishek Kapoor took the decision of creating Kashmir in the sets of Mumbai. As the film has been already postponed twice and now the producers are unwilling to wait beyond November. Therefore, the shoots are likely to begin in mid-November.

Until, his life takes a jerk introducing him to “His Last Chance” in the form of superstar Armaan played by Govinda. When life is making this radiant writer taste sour lemons, here emerges “His Only Inspiration” in boldly beautiful Ileana D’cruz.

This quirky-chirpy trailer ends on a note- “Every story has Happy Ending, Depends on when you end it”.

Shah Jahan’s Taj Mahal has a replica in the form of Bibi Ka Maqbara and soon Shah Rukh’s Mannat replica is about to get constructed in Mumbai’s Film City Studio to shoot the introductory scene of his upcoming film ‘Fan‘.

Reportedly, in ‘Fan‘, Shah Rukh will be seen in double role- one of reigning superstar and the other is of a look-alike fan named Rahul. The particular scene visualizes superstar SRK celebrating his birthday outside his palatial house Mannat, while his twin fan Rahul will be seen watching him in awe.

While her contempraries are learing ballets and gymnastic, actress Chitrangada Singh puts her step forward to learn the art of shoe mending to play a female cobbler in her next film ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz‘.

Scripted by Kushan Nandy, film ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz‘ is an action-thriller set in the badlands of West Bengal. It stars Chitrangada is her deglam look with zero makeup. Her imperialistic acting skill with the blend of Bengali dusky features have garnered her this particular role. Before the film goes on floor, she is honning her shoe mending skills with the help of a real cobbler in Kolkata and is also learning Bengali dialect to mouth her dialogues.

‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz‘ also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a pivotal role.
