Real life stories were shared by Krishna Daver, Ghainath Bhosle and his wife. The plight of widowed mothers in Vrindavan was highlighted. Winnie Singh and Mangesh Abhang represented the NGOs that helped improve the condition of older people.

Tips given for senior citizens in the episode:

Do not write off property in the name of children

Government need to start pension scheme to help senior citizens so that they can live independent life

Use of retirement homes and Dada Dadi parks was suggested to mix with other elder people

Remarriage of elder people was also stressed so that they don’t feel alone
